Campaign Setup Done Right. Every Time.

Running paid ads means building the same infrastructure over and over — landing pages, forms, tracking tags, UTM URLs, pixel events. Site Nitro: Campaigns automates the entire setup in WordPress so nothing gets misconfigured and nothing gets missed.

Paid ad campaigns are expensive to run and expensive to get wrong.

Every campaign needs the same pieces: a dedicated landing page, a configured form, a confirmation page, conversion tracking in Google Tag Manager, a Meta pixel event, a UTM-tagged destination URL, and email tagging so new leads flow into the right sequence. Miss one step and you’re flying blind on attribution, losing leads to broken flows, or funding ad spend you can’t measure.
Most teams build this manually. That means 45 to 60 minutes of setup per campaign — jumping between WordPress, GTM, Meta Business Manager, your form plugin, and your email platform. It means copy-pasting settings, hoping nothing gets misconfigured, and discovering tracking errors weeks later when the data doesn’t add up.
This isn’t a skill problem. It’s a systems problem.

A repeatable, automated campaign workflow inside WordPress.

Built by an agency owner who has set up hundreds of campaigns manually over two decades, Campaigns eliminates the repetitive infrastructure work so you can focus on the strategy and creative that actually moves results.
Fill out one 8-step form. The plugin handles the rest — landing page, form duplication, confirmation page, GTM tags, Meta CAPI events, UTM URL generation, internal notifications.

Landing + Confirmation Pages, Auto-Created

A dedicated landing page is created and linked to your campaign. Open it directly in Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Bricks, or the block editor and build your page.
A confirmation page is created automatically — noindexed so it stays out of search results — and wired to your form’s confirmation redirect.

Form Configuration

Gravity Forms + Email Tag Inheritance

Your Gravity Forms template is duplicated, renamed for this campaign, and configured with the correct confirmation redirect. Existing email marketing feeds — Mailchimp today, ActiveCampaign, FluentCRM, and ConvertKit on the roadmap — are detected and duplicated automatically with campaign-specific tags applied.
No manual feed setup. No risk of new leads landing in the wrong list.

GTM + Meta Conversions API, Wired Automatically

Connect your GTM container and Meta pixel once in plugin settings. After that, every campaign you create automatically registers its own GTM conversion tags and triggers, and fires Meta pixel events on confirmation page load via the Conversions API server-side.
Naming conventions are consistent across campaigns — clean, auditable, and exactly what your analyst needs.

Health Check + UTM Builder

UTM URLs, Health Checks, and Notifications

Destination URLs are generated automatically with the correct UTM parameters — copy in one click and drop into your ad platform. The Tracking Health Check verifies GTM tags, Meta events, form redirects, and UTM parameters are all firing correctly before you spend money.
Internal lead notifications include full campaign context: traffic source, UTM data, email tag, and landing page URL. Your team knows exactly where every lead came from.

Common Questions

You need a GTM container and a Meta pixel already set up — the plugin doesn’t create those for you. What it does is eliminate all the manual work inside those platforms every time you launch a campaign. You connect your accounts once in the plugin settings, and from that point forward GTM and Meta are handled automatically.
